Non -refundable Deposit
Can’t pay for the whole thing right now? No problem. This is the minimum requirement needed to hold your spot for the encounter for you both. This $50 is deducted from the amount you owe. Example: You pay $50 your balance is either $300 or $100 depending on your decision to include a hotel room or not.
All payments must be paid in full by Sunday, March 17.

Yes. Update: Our group booking is now closed. If you would like to book a hotel room, please reach out to the Hyatt.

A list of instructions will be available closer to the encounter. We have seen couples bring wedding photos, special keep sakes and flowers. The space is yours to make your own.

Yes! A $50 non-refundable deposit is what is the minimum to hold your spot. Card payments can be made here and you can make cash/check payments at your local campus. If you would like to mail your payment, send it to 3C USA Church 38238 Old Stage Rd. Delmar, DE 19940. Full payments are due Sunday, March 17th.

Per the Hyatt: Any cancellation made after 3pm 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged one night cancellation penalty.

Normal check-in is 3:00pm. You can call the hotel in advanced that day to see if your room is available earlier. Even if your room is not available when you arrive, you can still park and enjoy the resort with your spouse. Check-out is 11:00am Saturday morning.

It is not. We suggest planning a date night with your spouse prior to the encounter beginning. If you can’t do an early dinner, we suggest checking out the restaurants on location for a bite to eat after. Cambridge is full of delicious and local eateries.
